Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Choice and freshness of food at breakfast was very good and access to a pool was a benefit.
Negative: Had to stay in a hotel next door for the first night which was inconvenient and not expected. Poor noise insulation meant you could hear people in other rooms and corridors. The sliding door to my balcony was very difficult to unlock and staff left this open after cleaning which reduced security. There was a kettle and cups but nothing to make tea or coffee with and I suggest a bottle of water is in the fridge for a guest arriving as there are no shops close. Towels were a mix and match of sizes, colours and quality and there was no shower/hair washing gel/soap.
Summary: Friendly people who I'm sure will continue to improve the hospitality.
