Positive: Excellent location with easy access to amenities, bars, shops and restaurants. Close to attractions and train and bus stations. It was specious and easy to find and we were able to access our room earlier than check in time.
Negative: Beds were extremely hard. Towels and tea towels were old and worn. The whole property needs a good lick of paint. As it is in the area popular with bars and restaurants it was quite noisy at night and into the early hours of the morning. Staff on reception could be more welcoming and friendly. Got an impression the lady who checked us in didn’t want to be there or just didn’t like her job. There was a bottle full of cigarette buds left on the balcony by previous occupants so the living area smelled of cigarettes a little bit. Bathroom needs some TLC too.
Summary: Great location but needs some TLC.
