Positive: The owners are a very kind and hardworking couple. The apartment was nice and big with two bedrooms-perfect for a family with two young kids. The heating was great. Well equipped kitchen so we could cook. The location was great and fun for a couple of days of sledding/fun in the snow. With more time, we would have taken advantage to travel to nearby attractions like Glorenza. The pool and sauna area was very pretty!
Negative: These are small things that are not so important but the lighting in the apartment was mostly fluorescent and it would have been nice to have more options for low/warm light. The pool area was nice but the pool was pretty cold so we didn't want to swim so much after a long day outside in the cold sledding. The first day, the jacuzzi/hot tub was very nice and warm but the next day it was freezing cold and we found out that they had forgotten to turn the heat back on after it was cleaned/refilled. I'm sure this was a one time mishap that won't happen again.
