Positive: Convenient location, friendly staff, room was super clean, comfy beds, great views! Great breakfast, lots of variety.
Negative: Our refrigerator was broken and despite calling, was never fixed. Elevator wait was long, around 10 mins at peak time, so plan accordingly.
Summary: Overall a solid stay. It’s affordable for NYC, very clean, simple, and convenient.
