The apartment is located on the upper floor of a listed Ottoman mansion, in the picturesque old town of Antalya in a central yet quiet location, approx. 300m from Hadrian Gate. The house with 2 apartments is rented to guests who want to enjoy the cultural diversity of the city of Antalya directly. Everything is within walking distance, e.g. B. the marina, parkland with a view over the sea, Mermerli beach, a variety of restaurants and shopping, tram z. B. to Konyaalti Beach Park and several regular buses.
You enter the property via a patio, a courtyard shielded from the street with a natural stone wall with seating for the ground floor apartment. Here you can feel the Ottoman flair of the house as soon as you enter. The apartment on the upper floor consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace. The living room also offers a place to sleep. Every living room can be air-conditioned, i.e. A / C for cooling in summer and heating in winter. The house was rebuilt in the Ottoman style with original natural and brick and will be rented from mid-April 2019. The natural stone walls also characterize the living rooms and offer a characteristic, optically high-quality ambience.

Much is within walking distance. For example, the marina (10min), the beautiful Ataturk Boulevard with the Hadriantor, bus and tram stops (5min), the shopping mile in Isiklar Str. (10min), the Karaalioglu Park located over the cliffs with a view of the sea to the Taurus Mountains (10min), the modern shopping center Mark Antalya (15 min), the large Friday bazaar (15 min). In the vicinity of the house you will find a variety of restaurants, often with live music and snack options as well as excursion and trekking offers. However, the house is secluded so that you are not affected by it. You will also find food markets in REWE and Aldi format (5 minutes) and of course countless shopping opportunities. The Mark Antalya shopping center and the large Friday bazaar are also within walking distance. It is an impressive experience to end the evening in Karaalioglu Park (in the Park Cafe or directly above the cliffs) with the view over the sea to the Taurus Mountains and live music.

With the historic tram (Tramway) you can quickly reach the 7 km long picturesque Konyaalti Beach Park with its great beach. It is possible to rent bicycles in order to be able to reach more distant destinations comfortably, or to ride through the more than 20km long park landscape along the coast with a view of the bay and the Taurus Mountains. You can also easily reach the Konyaalti Beach Park by bike on a scenic route over the old town and the beautiful Ataturk Park. Other interesting shopping malls (Özdilek, Agora and Mall of Antalya) can be easily reached by tram. A special experience are the large bazaars on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday with a diverse range of freshly harvested fruits, vegetables, fruits but also fish and textiles, which are also just a few tram stops away. The extensive Antalya Zoo, located in a mountain landscape, is also easily accessible by tram. Likewise, the Antalya Aquarium with Snow World and Ice Museum, but also the Medical Park with its diverse, internationally sought-after medical offerings can be reached quickly by bus. Otherwise there are taxis available, which you can take cheaply to any destination in Antalya and the surrounding area.
