Positive: position: nice residential area, supermarket very close, ground floor, little outside patio/garden
Negative: AThe bed linen was only huge, same size cloths…. for extra 15 euro with holes! Also, We have just got the pile of keys without any explanations: which key to the garage and how/where to open. The gas was off so no heating/ no stove/ no hot water. There were 2 valves outside that needed to be opened but we had to run around and ask neighbors how to do that, the agency gave us NO instructions, there were NO instructions inside the apartment. nothing…. Without knowledge of the language and kind neighbors we would be left without hot water, heating and stove. And the contact number provided was not working on Saturday evening of course…. also,some of the furniture could be renewed…. but that is just a detail
