Positive: Nice house with a well-kept neat yard, beautiful grass, trees and flowers. Very difficult to find, gps navigation leads to a forest road that needs 4x4 vehicle. Far away from civilization. There's a discount for day parking near the Cascate (hourly it's very expensive there).
Negative: We were there in November, so we needed to warm up the rooms. The radiators didn't work. There are air conditioners, but air conditioners are good for cooling, for warming it is not so good, it blows your head and freezes your legs, but they work well enough... The distance to the Cascate was much more than 500 meters, like written in Booking, so to get there only with a car.
