This two-story townhouse is part of a triplex on Isle of Capri's canals, with waterfront grounds that include an outdoor pool, a dock, reserved parking (two spaces for this home), and laundry facilities shared between the three homes. It's a prime location for enjoying Treasure Island Beach, nearby restaurants, the fall sand sculpting competition, the John's Pass Seafood Festival, December boat parades, Madeira Beach, and so much more.
