WATERFRONT BEAUTIFUL RENOVATED condo with boat slip! Everyone loves this this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that was just renovated in July 2023. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on top and bottom and a bunk bed with a twin on top and bottom. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 11 people comfortably. All mattresses are memory foam mattresses purchased in Summer 2023. The community has 5 boat slips which are available on a first come, first served basis. While we cannot guarantee they will be available, they are hardly ever all used and are normally available. There is also a community gas grill on the lower level. This great condo is located off of 94th St. and is approx. 7/10 of a mile (12-15 minute walk) to the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The condo also offers free high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer, cental A/C and two assigned parking spots with more free street parking available. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom which you can access with your login credentials. *If you are thinking of bringing a boat and may need to use the slip or lift, please reach out to us to confirm the setup will work for your particular boat.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $158.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
