IMPORTANT
We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
SUMMER SEASON
All waste should be left in the Bear Safe Green Garbage Bin, placed on the right side of the cottage, turn up the yellow flag to alert the truck to pick up. Curbside garbage pickup in this area is available starting in May and it’s done every Monday morning.
Spring/Winter/Fall Season: All garbage / recycling should be collected and guests to bring it home with them. If garbage is left we have to bring it to the dump, an additional $100 will be charged for driving and dump fees.
Closest transfer Station / Landfill: Baysville Waste Facility 3901 Brunel Road, Baysville .
Please note that because we are in the county, the Internet can go out occasionally. Outages usually don't last more than an hour and don't happen that often, but it's good to be aware if you're planning to work. We also have a small generator in case the power goes out so you can still use the stove and some lights.
