This property has a huge outdoor deck and also an enclosed deck with gas and charcoal grill. It has a living room, dining area 3 bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms with washer and dryer. There is also a fourth small room inside the third bedroom with an additional full bed. Light flows into the living room with floor to ceiling windows and 18 foot ceilings. We have a brand new remote controlled propane fireplace and Nest thermostat in the living room. Televisions are in the master bedroom, second bedroom, living room and in the enclosed back deck, so you can watch sports and movies outside. We have great wifi. It has a large backyard, just steps away from the lake. And has a golf cart available for use around the community.
Also, there is a smart tv in the back deck with everything the LR tv has.
Guest Access
In the lovely community of Locust Lake, this home is steps away from a lake, less than a mile from another lake, beach with lifeguards, fishing and tennis courts. We even have a gas powered golf cart to get around!
Locust Lake Village also has a small Ski Slope with a T bar, for those that want a bunny hill to practice on just half a mile from the house.
It is close to Camelbeach water park(Ski Slope), Jack Frost 18 Hole Golf Course, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino, and Pocono white water rafting.
Guests have access to Lake Beach, grills, Volleyball court, basketball courts and tennis courts. We have a golf cart to get around and a three kayaks. There is even a small Ski slope in Locust Lake Village for beginner practice! In addition, there is a lodge in the village with a lounge and business center. For instructions to get the key to the golf cart, please contact me.
Guests provide their own sheets and towels, unless arrangements are made with owner (an additional $60). $100 fee to use Golf Cart (at booking). $135 pet fee.
House rules:
Use caution when using the Golf Cart. If gas runs out, take gas container to gas station and fill with 89 octane fuel.
A life jacket must be worn when using kayaks.
Also, please use placemats or a table cloth on the dining room table.
Guests provide their own sheets and towels, unless arrangements are made with owner (an additional $45 will be added to the cleaning). Additional $100 fee to use golf cart (at booking).

The Neighborhood
So close to everything. White water rafting, down the street from a driving range and delicious ice cream shop. Minutes away from golf courses, Kalahari, Camelbeach water park, paint ball, and shooting ranges. Also Mount Airy Casino.
PETS: No dogs, cats or other animals are permitted in village beaches, picnic areas, courts, fields, etc. or other places designated as recreational areas, at any time.
CHECKING IN:
In addition, Locust Lake Village charges a $5 per vehicle registration fee to help us maintain the private roads in our community. All cars that will be in Locust Lake Village must be registered. If you're renting a car, no worries! Just write in "rental car TBD" for the vehicle information and you will supply the information when you arrive and check-in at the community. You can pay the fee with a credit card when you fill out the online registration form.
Where it says ‘please list all individuals residing at the house,’ please list only the names of those guests 12 and older who will be staying. (Kids under 12 do not require amenities wristbands)
