Beautiful & charming home recently renovated. Conveniently located in Winston Salem, it is only six miles from Baptist Hospital and downtown and three miles from Wake Forest University. Additionally, it overlooks a lake in a gated, private neighborhood. It was renovated in 2018.
Our beautiful home is just a short drive away from the city’s best offerings as well as being located just minutes away from Wake Forest University’s campus. Walk through the front door of this center hall Dutch Colonial house and feel right at ease in a private, gated residential neighborhood. Our home is perfect for entertaining. Bring your friends and find out together why Winston Salem is quickly becoming a top choice for an easy weekend getaway.
The Space:
Come and stay the weekend for a home football game at BB&T Field & Cheer on the Demon Deacons, tailgate with friends and family, then come back to relax after a satisfying win. The house is just over 5 miles away from the stadium. Do you have a WFU graduate walking across the stage in May? The house has 4 bedrooms and and can sleep up to 10 people so you can bring the entire family on graduation day.
Our home is conveniently located to several great restaurants such as Campus Gas ( a new eatery sure to be a staple with students and Winston-Salem visitors alike). If you are craving Southern Cooking, Social restaurant is minutes away and sure to waken your taste buds. Gather at River Birch Lodge for a weekend brunch, Village Tavern, Fratelli's Italian Steakhouse or Ryan's Steakhouse for dinner. For those of you with a deep love of local craft beer, Foothills Brewing, Fiddlin’ Fish Brewing Company, and Joymonger’s Barrel Hall will not disappoint.
Of course, a home cooked meal is still within your reach. Our roomy kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, and with both indoor and outdoor dining options, you’ll be sure to enjoy your meal no matter the weather.
