Summary: Wish check in was a bit flexible without the hassle of waiting until 4pm. If unit is available at least an hour or two it should allow people to check in. Having said that, property was completely nasty and even sent pics to management company and all I got is “I’m sorry” once in unit I wouldn’t want cleaners in it as they offered. I cleaned it myself and used my time that I would be enjoying vacation in cleaning. Management company should be really checking for clean unit before guests come in.
