Summary: Schönes, interessantes altes Haus mit reizvollem, voll eingefriedetem Garten, also sehr gut geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund - aber auch Ecken und Kanten und Reinigungsbedarf. Relativ gute Lage, ca. 300 bis 400 m von schönen Badestränden entfernt. Leider kein eigener Stellplatz - wir haben unser Auto linksseitig ganz nah an der Hauswand in der Einbahnstraße geparkt. Das Badezimmer ist ganz ok, obwohl die Dusche schon recht klein ist. Die Toilette mussten wir erstmal suchen - im ersten Schreckmoment dachten wir schon es gäbe vielleicht gar keine; dieser Eindruck wurde zunächst durch einen ziemlich siffigen Metalleimer in der Küche versträrkt, der mit einem Holzdeckel abgedeckt war und wahrscheinlich als Restmüllbehälter dienen sollte. Direkt an der Toilette gibt es kein Handwaschbecken, zu diesem ins Bad gelangte man nur durch einen "nicht sehr attraktiv gestalteten" Lagerraum dessen Kopffreiheit stark durch einen Holzträger eingeschränkt war. Die Gefahr der Kollision des Kopfes mit Bauteilen trat dann auch noch an zwei weiteren Stellen, am Treppenaufgang und im Flur des OGs auf (die Wunden am Kopf sind noch nicht ganz abgeheilt). Es gibt 7 Schlafplätze in richtigen Betten, einen großen Küchentisch mit zwei Bänken, an dem man auch mit 6 bis 8 Personen sitzen kann, einen runden Esstisch im Wohnzimmer für 6 - 7 Personen und einen hölzernen Gartentisch auf der Terrasse, an dem man ebenfalls mit 6-8 Personen sitzen kann. Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind antik aber leider schon stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen u. teilweise brüchig - Vorsicht ist geboten! Eindeutig mangelhaft bewerten wir den Reinigungsgrad. Der Fliesenboden in der Küche ist schon länger nicht mehr gewischt worden, nach dem Putzen des Spülenschrankes auf der Platte hinter dem Spülbecken hat der Putzschwamm eine recht dunkle Färbung angenommen, unter dem Bett lagen relativ dicke Staubflusen, die Töpfe in dem offenen Regal waren eingestaubt, wir haben gerne unseren eigenen Wasserkocher benutzt und
