Summary: Pros: quiet neighborhood, mostly clean and newer, comfortable bed, good water pressure, close to many things. Cons: the back patio was a mess- ripped screen, dirty, it could have been a nice area to relax but not in the shape it was for us, trash lying around by garbage cans looks awful. Moldy windows and sliding doors in the shower. I sent a video of these things, for as much as we paid I felt disappointed it was not cleaned and fixed.
