Wonderfully located in a quiet community of Seabrook Island, this three-bedroom cottage with an added loft has been thoughtfully updated with a renovated kitchen and offers beautiful marsh views with distant glimpses of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Whether with family, friends, or even furry companions, make memories that are sure to last. Enjoy a short stroll or bike ride to the ocean beach, an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water to rinse away the sand, and provided amenity cards to help you take advantage of the pools and other fantastic facilities at the Seabrook Island Club. Additional perks include free WiFi. Beach gear can be found in the storage closet beneath the home for added convenience.
You'll be a short walk from North Beach Boardwalk #3 and an easy bike ride from North Beach Boardwalk #1, allowing you to spend your days sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. The home is also less than a mile from the Seabrook Island Club and its many amenities, including pools, golf, tennis, horseback riding, and restaurants. The surrounding area is home to the Bohicket Marina (three miles north) and Freshfields Village (four miles northeast) as well.

Summary: We had a nice time. The villa was in a great location short walk or bike ride to the ocean. Had a couple questions that were quickly answered by the property manager. There are chairs and umbrellas located under the house which we didn’t figure out and find the key for until we were there a few days. Overall great stay and would go back.
