Plenty of room for the whole family! Featuring a first floor bedroom, w/plenty of kid focused activities. Modern and spacious, living area with stunning electric fireplace. Full kitchen and dining area. Ductless mini splits. Second floor master bedroom with full bath, second full bath, full bedroom and twin bunk room w/trundle.

Our main level is full of whimsical decor, and modern, sleek finishes.
Prepare your favorite family style meal in our expansive kitchen, featuring all your favorite and necessary small appliances and cookware.
Let our dining room be the scene for your favorite board game, a coffee chat or mom's favorite recipe. Spread out with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.
The Living area boasts a stunning electric fireplace and all the fun, game night musts. To keep you and your guests as comfortable as possible, there are 4 ductless cooling and heating systems in the living, dining area and upstairs master and queen bedrooms. Rather enjoy the weather? head out onto the rear deck for a BBQ and spacious seating.
Our first floor, Queen size bedroom- is the perfect retreat for the littles. Life size Connect Four and plenty of sports items, help make this room fun and comfortable.
Second floor features a full laundry area for your use!
Modern Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo in tasteful decor serve as the main bathroom for your guests. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.
Our Master suite is bright and expansive with it's own full bathroom.
Another Queen bedroom is adjacent to the primary bathroom.
Our last bedroom is another kid friendly area, with a twin and full bunk bed, with a full size trundle, to sleep up to 5!
All bedrooms have Roku enabled TVs so no binge watching will be disturbed.
Didn't pack light? All bedrooms have plenty of closet space with hangers AND our beds have additional drawer storage.
Looking to go out? Our private and abundant community is full of on site amenities- from lake and pool access, to playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and even seasonal cafes- you don't have to go far to make your Poconos vacation the best yet!

You and your guests will have access to our entire home (minus 2 of our owner's closets) grounds and community spaces. Please to be mindful and respectful of wildlife, community rules and regulations, and our neighbors!
