Absolutely stunning 2 Bedroom Cottage is in 2nd ocean block is just steps away from all that Rehoboth has to offer: fine dining to great shopping. Features a chef's kitchen, washer/dryer, shady patio with gas grill, outdoor shower and wireless Internet access too. Wonderfully quiet, ductless mini split system for cooling & heating will make your stay super comfortable! There are no off-street parking spaces, but the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43 D Maryland upstairs! you can rent that too! Dog permitted with a minimum $150 fee and addendum. $90 Cleaning Fee to be paid by guest on rentals under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
