Welcome to our newly renovated townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in Seaside Village. This 10-person max occupancy family friendly home is ideal for up to 6 adults. Located just a short drive across the 50 bridge from downtown OCMD boardwalk and beach. Close to many restaurants, outlet shopping, family amusements, the West OC park and ride, Assateague Island, golf course and much more. Wifi and several large smart TVs and access to the community outdoor seasonal pool and fitness gym. Perfect location for a family vacation!
The house boasts a large open concept 2nd level with full kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. The third floor hosts an ensuite master suite with a comfortable king size bed, sitting area, walk in closet and large shower. Two additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor - one queen bedroom and a fun kid’s room with 2 sets of low bunk beds share a full bathroom. The first level has a 4th bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom and sitting area. There’s also a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. Finally, each room and floor are decorated and furnished with contemporary and traditional décor along with beach themed murals for serene ambience.
Each bedroom has its own large smart TV and there are 2 large TVs in the main living area. Our home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Additional amenities include a full washer & dryer, tankless hot water heater, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig duo coffee machine, toaster, garbage disposal. Linens and bath towels are included through a rental service which will deliver clean fresh items to your door on your day of check in. Upon check-out, the service will pick up your items allowing a quick and easy check-in/check-out experience.
Loud parties are severely discouraged due to noise ordinance in OC. No smoking and no pets allowed! This is a family friendly unit and we only rent to adults 25 and older or accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 25 or older.
