The villa is perched on a sloping garden on the way towards Mottarone, offering beautiful views of Lake Maggiore among old trees. The home has undergone a significant transformation to meet the needs of modern living while preserving the traditionally decorated façade. It has recently been featured in Casa Facile design magazine and will be available for vacation rentals for the first time this summer.
The open interior offers a spacious living area on the ground floor, featuring a double-height entrance that provides access to the kitchen, dining room, and living areas. The custom kitchen is designed for cooking and enjoying local ingredients, equipped with a top of the line Miele appliances. Three French doors frame the view and lead to an expansive decked terrace. A grand, gas fireplace anchors the living area and can be enjoyed throughout the ground floor. There is a mud room and shower on the ground floor as well. The neutral-colored walls and furnishings create a striking contrast against the warm wood flooring and exposed wooden beams that extend throughout the house creating a calm and welcoming design.
A bespoke, metal and wood staircase connects all three levels of the building.
The first floor is composed of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. A third family bathroom is located off the landing. This level boasts abundant natural light streaming through the expansive windows along the roofline, creating a seamless integration with the surrounding nature.
