Summary: We stayed here during the NCAA Final 4 at the Alomodome. The duplex apartment was clean & has been renovated. It was good for 2 guys. The location was walkable for us to Alomodome & Riverwalk (.5-.75mile) which was Very nice. Shared parking was a challenge for our large truck, but we were always able to figure it out. The neighborhood is "ok". We were comfortable there. Had it been my wife or kids there, I'd have been a bit nervous. As said, the price was about half what we saw in the areas closer to Riverwalk, so we were happy with our choice to stay here.
