Abram Ski Area & Bike Park and 10 miles to Sunday River Ski Resort, this is the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! This two-story retreat was built in 1970 but was recently renovated (2016) to provide you with the ultimate vacation spot. Enjoy a secluded location that is still close to fantastic local attractions, including downtown Bethel, Maine Mineral and Gem Museum, Rumford Whitecap Mountain Preserve, Sunday River Bridge, Sunday River Resort, Sunday River Golf Club, Lovejoy Bridge, Wildcat Mountain, and Shawnee Peak.
One of the best selling points is the converted garage/game room. Spend entertaining evenings challenging your family and friends to different games; there is a mini air hockey table, a foosball table, a mini putt putt, and a rec area with a smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services. Amazing outdoor living includes a firepit and a picnic table, offering a fantastic gathering spot.
Inside, this air-conditioned retreat boasts an open floor plan upstairs. Spread out comfortably in the living room after an entertaining time in the game room and plan your next adventures while the chef of the group prepares homemade treats in the well-equipped kitchen. You can also find a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom on this level. Downstairs has three additional bedrooms.
