Welcome to our Hilton Head Island Beach Retreat! Our 2/2 is completely remodeled w/ a balcony that overlooks the tennis courts. Beach access and all of the resort amenities are easily accessible. The resort includes a large swimming pool, beach access, tennis courts, pickle ball, volleyball, a children's park, fitness center, bike rentals and resort restaurants! When not out exploring all of the many activities, relax in our fully stocked beach villa.
The Space:
Our completely remodeled 2/2 is fully stocked and tastefully decorated for the most comfortable stay! Plenty of seating in the living room provides room for the whole family. Our Ensuite Master has a King Bed & TV with Cable while our Guest Bedroom has 2 twins and TV with Cable. Bonus Amenities: We have 4 Pickle Ball Sets (Racket, Ball, and Bag) and 2 Lawn Tennis Rackets w/ balls.
Outside:
Step outside to our balcony and catch the action from the tennis courts. When not staying in, the resort has many outdoor activities to enjoy. Cool off at the pool or beach or rent bikes and explore Hilton Head Island. Sports enthusiasts will have their selection of tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball all located on the property. Golf courses are a quick drive away as well!

The resort has everything you need to never get in your car. But to get out and explore, we recommend having a car.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
Pets are NOT allowed per the resort pet policy. The resort does not support Emotional Support Animals and will fine the guest $250 per day if the resort policy is violated.
Parking for ONE car included in reservation. Additional car parking is $25 per car.
You will need to climb several steps to access the first floor. There is no elevator.

Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
