5 Bedroom House in Ocracoke

RENDEZVOUS is a Newly Renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Sunset Village, close to the coffee shop and Ocracoke’s best restaurants.
The left side of the home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and the two others share a hall bath.
A later addition to the right of the main space added a private and spacious suite with a king bed, bath and private living room area.
The large living area provides ample space for guests, featuring a smartTV (Netflix and Amazon prime included). Dining table for eight, and well stocked kitchen.
Both King bedrooms feature desks and office chairs with extra accessible outlets for guests who work from home.
Sheets and towels are provided - The linen fee is included in the cleaning fee.
No parties of any kind or guests exceeding the reservation. There is no tolerance for breaking this rule - we have neighbors who live in their homes full time with school-age children and are committed to being good neighbors.
Booking guest must be at least 30 years old.
Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet cleaning fee and signed pet agreement. Dogs must be on flea / tick prevention to prevent pest infestations. Max (2) pets per booking.
You will be sent check-in information the day before check-in, and check out instructions before leaving so you’ll know what to expect.

There is an additional twin memory foam mattress available that can be placed in any room.

Summary: We ended up having to leave a day early due to personal reasons but we enjoyed our time here! Pros: Clean house Great layout Nice deck Convenient location Extra dog crates and food/water bowls Cons: Severe! Mold problem in the en-suite bathroom- coming through walls and ceiling that looks like it keeps getting wiped down but certainly hasn’t helped The furniture was quite uncomfortable and not enough for the amount of people/bedrooms the house holds There was a lack of privacy due to not having many curtains in a lot of the common areas and you could see right through the house in the evening. We never got an email telling us how to get into the house, access WiFi or what to do before we left- none of this was the owners fault and they promptly responded to my messages regarding this. All in all, we had a lovely experience and do recommend this Vrbo.
