This recently remodeled 2 bedroom bungalow located in quiet enclave of South Palm Desert provides the comfort and ease for a great Palm Desert vacation. Proximity to hiking via the Cahuilla Hills Trailheads, the famed El Paseo shopping district, and all sorts of dining mean our guests can spend less time running errands and more time relaxing. The house features private entertaining space complete with spa, pool and patio space.
The City of Palm Desert does not allow short term rentals in this neighborhood. 28 days and longer rentals only. Because this is not a short term rental a separate rental contract will be required.
Spa Heating is included, but the pool is unheated with a charge assessed for gas based on consumption. A pool cover and solar pool heating are provided to help reduce this cost at no charge. Pool Heating cost are estimated at $75 a day Nov-Feb. and $40 a day Oct, March, April. Pool temp will be set at 74 degrees during the above mention months.
Owner will require a signing of a separate rental contract that will outline these charges as well as incorporate that this rental is not a short term rental.
