Summary: Overall good value. The kitchen and living area are one large area on the top floor, and bathrooms and bedrooms are on the main and lower levels. The hot tub is not directly accessible or conducive to spending a lot of time outside. But the main gathering area in the kitchen/living area is an excellent space for a big group, and the large dining table was excellent to play games and share a meal. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans, and the dishwasher is a plus! Overall we enjoyed our visit.
