This coastal gem has been completely remodeled as of March 2019! The stunning interior of this condo is both elegant and homey with comfortable chic furniture overlooking the view of the Gulf from all angles of the room. This beautiful living room/kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large granite kitchen countertop, and a brand-new TV with HD cable.
The main bedroom offers an eloquent king-size bed and a large TV with a DVD player. The main bedroom also has two large closets, a double vanity, and private access to the outside balcony. One of our favorite things this condo offers is an amazing waterfall shower! The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV with a DVD player, and access to the second bathroom across the hallway. The third bedroom offers a twin top and full bottom bunk combo (will support adults) with a TV and a DVD player to watch movies.
Sunrise Beach has an elevated Gulf-front deck with two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), relaxing spas, children's water play area, Gulf-front exercise room, meeting room, and covered parking under the building, which is wheelchair accessible and convenient. Sunrise is exactly one mile east of Pier Park, which offers Gulf-front dining, shopping, amusement park, Dave & Buster's, and more!
