The Space:
This incredible vacation home is perfect for a family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world to enjoy fun in the Florida sun, Disney World, and other theme parks nearby. The home is located in a private gated resort community called Terra Verde which offers an incredibly designed clubhouse and a fishing lake stocked with fish! Plus an extensive range of amenities for the entire family. The home is also conveniently located near major superstores such as Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls.
The main spaces of this 1,286 sq. ft. 2-story townhome:
- A large open-plan living space on the ground floor with direct access to the private back patio dining/lounging area.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with quality appliances to prepare meals at home. Also, the essential extras like a coffee maker for morning perk-ups and even a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!
- A lovely dining area with a table for 6 for a relaxed and comfortable sit-down meal at home.

Terra Verde is a private, gated vacation-home resort community located just a short drive from Disney World and many other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. Terra Verde offers a range of amenities and family-friendly activities at their clubhouse and at the three-acre lake on the resort grounds. The lake is stocked for fishing and also contains a diversity of wildlife. Guests have full use of the clubhouse which includes a heated resort-style pool and hot tub on the sun deck, lounge chairs, and a grand terrace overlooking the lake! There’s also a poolside tiki bar for drinks and snacks, a fitness center, sauna, game room, children’s play areas, mini-golf, various sports courts like tennis, basketball, and volleyball, and a movie theater inside the clubhouse for weekly movie nights!

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items will not be replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80°F.
A BBQ grill is available for use for an additional feeof $95 (propane tanknot included). Thisrentalmust be requested at least 48 hoursprior to your arrival.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- The community charges a $25 fee per car for an entry card. The card must be paid directly to the community administration upon arrival and can be picked up at the community or at the clubhouse. The entry card will be valid for the duration of your stay.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
