The property is divided into four zones:
The front of the house features a master bedroom with a king bed with a lovely aspect onto the street and trees, wood fireplace, TV and ensuite with a two-person bath next to a bamboo garden.
There is also an open plan sitting room and study separated by a double-sided wood fireplace, which can be closed off from the main part of the house. Perfect for adults to chat and enjoy each other’s company.
The middle part of the house is a large, modern and calm open plan room with kitchen, dining and lounge area with large TV, gas fireplace and powder room.
Coming off the open plan room, there is a landing and stairs that lead to the stylish upstairs zone.
The upstairs features a playroom and/or bedroom with TV, queen size futon, table tennis and games area, with a balcony that looks onto the bamboo garden and pool.
There are two additional bedrooms - 1 room with a queen bed and desk and 1 room with two king single beds, a trundle and desk. The upstairs has lots of light, stylish fittings and is a great separate space to have some peace or enjoy games night!
The final zone is the back yard, which flows from the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a large deck, pool and spa, BBQ and table, great for the kids and adults alike to enjoy conversations in the spa and splash around in the pool.
