This sea front apartment was refurbished in 2012 and have 3 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very enjoyable balcony (covered to give privacy if needed) with beach view where you can have pleasant meals. The apartment was rebuilt to give a functional stay on every season with a smart and simple decor. Located in the top spot of Armação, giving access to the promenade with walking distance of main shops, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias. The house is also close to the starting point for buses and shuttles.

Summary: What a great apartment located right on the sea front. You really would find it hard to find a better location - great views and very conveniently located to supermarkets, bars and cafes and of course the beach and Carlota's Beach Bar. The apartment is well decorated in a contemoprary style with some great art works on display throughout. The sitting room is very comfortable as are all the bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin. The TV is fully equipped with satellite - and can accept USB connection to play movies from external drive. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with everything a guest could wish for except maybe a kettle. The bathroom is well fitted but would take a bit of organising if the apartment is full. The terrace is great and provides great views onto the promenade, and the sea beyond. Pedro, the owner, is a very nice guy and helped with even the smallest questions we had courteously and quickly. A great find - highly recommended.
