Imagine enjoying morning coffee from the kitchen table or the front porch with the amazing views that abound. The cabin has been updated but offers guests an "un-plugged" stay. With over 40 acres of land you won't want to miss the wildlife that surrounds this property. * Please check local DNR Regulations on river closures during the salmon run. AMENITIES INCLUDE: gas grill, scenic private views and quiet surroundings, electric radiator heating. TV and DVD player included. No WIFI or cable TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. A drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: This cabin is in a private wooded area east of Manistee. That doesn’t mean you are far away from everything! Only a 15-minute drive to Manistee, 11 miles to Little River Casino, and only 20 minutes to 1st Street Beach on Lake Michigan! You have the best of both worlds! This rental is professionally managed by CENTURY 21 Boardwalk Vacation Rentals. There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival information is emailed to you a few days prior to your check-in date which will provide directions, parking and entry information for the rental. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
