Positive: I enjoy staying in apartments more than hotels and this was a good one to stay at, the entire apartment was cleaned and easy to find with the instructions so i suggest booking this stay.Pool area was nice , balcony was nice to sit out at night maybe add lights or decor on the balcony, Parking was right in front of the apartment so nice to have a view towards the car, felt fairly safe as a solo traveler maybe some noises here and there but nothing alarming
Negative: - the location was a little far from downtown phoenix which i wasn’t aware of but wasn’t too much of a issue was about $25 for uber -Neighbors are a tad bit loud at night moving around but was only 2 nights i heard them
