Summary: Everything was just as advertised. No communication needed with owner because all was communicated prior, included in book at residence and there were no issues throughout. Great access to Estes Park and RMNP, but also perfect distance from town to feel away. We had a family of 7 that it worked perfectly for and would definitely fit 8 comfortably. Not new or modern, but quaint and cozy and again, just as advertised! We would definitely come back again!
