Our villa's first floor location has a convenient keyless check in door lock. Less than one minute walk to access the large pool with heated spa and four of the 'Har-Tru' tennis and six pickle ball courts. Free parking is outside the entry door of our villa.
Our building (#22) is next to an exit gate for a short walk, 1200 feet, to the private neighborhood beach access gate. You do not have to navigate through the complex parking lots of the other buildings to reach the exit gate going to the beach.
The floor plan is an open concept with the tiled kitchen, dining, and living areas all open to one another. Enter into our fully equipped kitchen and feel at home! Our villa has a washer and dryer located inside for your usage.
The living room has a 50" ROKU smart 4K HDTV with Spectrum cable and DVD player. A hi-speed, 300GB, Spectrum community internet connection is provided for those who want to bring along their internet enabled devices.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a 40" ROKU smart HD TV and private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a full bath with tub/shower combination. The 2nd bedroom can be closed off making a separate ensuite bedroom/bath private area. A 32" ROKU smart HD TV is provided to access TV channels.
We also have a covered balcony that offers additional seating and a deck box full of extras for your enjoyment - beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach wagon to carry them to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided.
At the clubhouse you will find a ping pong table, bean bag pitch game, a wide screen TV, a small fitness room and two indoor racquet ball courts.
There are two well-maintained pools and a heated spa available for you to relax and unwind. The pools are heated and/or cooled from March through October. The spa is heated and available all year. There are sundeck chairs and umbrella tables for sunning and relaxing. Restrooms are provided at each pool.
There are four play areas on-site for the little ones. Also, for your usage there is an outdoor charcoal grill and a gas grill with picnic table and chairs behind our villa building.
Hilton Head Island has miles of biking paths. Bring your own bikes or rental bikes can be delivered to the villa. Stop by a island visitor center for information/coupon books with savings on bike rentals, restaurants and island activities. Bikes can be locked up on racks located behind the villa. Pick up the bike trail right outside our villa building and ride around the scenic island. Riding bikes on the beach is one of our personal favorites. Hilton Head Island’s gold status, as the only “Gold Award” bike friendly community in South Carolina, places it in the League of American Bicyclists’ top 25 bike friendly communities nationwide.
Hilton Head Island is consistently named one of the top Golf Destinations for North America by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO). Golfers will find several courses close to the resort.
The private beach access path is located less than 1200 feet from our villa. There you can enjoy walking, biking, running, swimming, collecting shells, fishing, or just relaxing and enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze.
Other activities available nearby include kayaking, zip line adventure, miniature golf and enjoy world class fishing, visit Harbour Town or shop at the two Tanger Outlet malls located close by.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
Last minute requests are welcome and subject to availability. Ask about discounts for repeat guests or for members of military service. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

It is understood that the tenant is responsible for any damages to our villa and its contents beyond normal wear and tear and any excessive cleaning fees. Please notify us if there is any damage during your stay. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
Check-in is 4:00PM. Please notify us if there are any problems immediately after arrival. Unfortunately, due to cleaning and maintenance early check in may not be possible.
Fiddler's cove requires all guests to check-in at the 24hr security gate to receive a gate and parking pass for your stay.
DEPARTURE INFORMATION:
Check-out is 10AM.
Before your departure, we appreciate if you would take care of the following to help housekeeping prepare for our next guests:
• Return all furniture and accessories to their original locations. Leave soiled towels and sheets. Do NOT load dirty towels or sheets into washer, as the cleaning staff will remove them after your departure.
• Remove all trash and place in nearby dumpster.
• Turn off all appliances, coffee maker, stove
• Load dirty dishes and start dishwasher on normal cycle
• Set HVAC thermostat to 74 degrees in the warmer weather and 68 in the cooler weather.
• Check and lock villa doors.
