The guest bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower.
There is a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests, a 86-inch Smart TV equipped with complimentary cable and Blue Ray DBD. It also features newly installed custom drapes throughout help keep things cool, feel free to open the doors for those wonderful tropical breezes on windy days. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom cabinets, lighting, granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances and buffet area with built-in beverage center. Enjoy cooking in this remodeled kitchen or on your private, expansive lanai complimented with a gas grill, wet bar and refinished teak furniture. Additionally, this unit boasts all new engineered walnut hardwood floors in the living room and both bedrooms for added comfort.
