Summary: This condo is on the ground floor so no view. The building is across the street from a small beach. There is a restaurant at the hotel across the street that is convenient. The grocery store and fish market are close by. The carpet is old. Showers were very nice and kitchen/baths updated. The main bedroom is in the back overlooking the parking lot with a separate bath. The room with 2 beds should be the primary room with the attached bath and put two twins in the other room for kids. Beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels provided. The unit is run by a property management company that sent detailed information. Our other family members stayed in condos on upper floors with views, new flooring and finishes that were much nicer and some run by individual owners who reached out to check in during the stay. Overall, the building is fine if you don't mind not being right on the ocean, but this particular unit is not as nice as others.
