3 Bedroom House in Port Aransas
Named the Crooked Cabin when we acquired the house after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. The previous owners decided not to renovate, so we moved the house to its present location and began the process. The property the Crooked Cabin in sits on was purchased by George & Elva Mills of San Antonio, Texas in 1954. The lot was sold to Buddy & Heidi Mills of Fredericksburg, Texas in 2017.
The Crooked Cabin received its name once moved onto the property...renovating we had to address many obstacles...and always when we had an issue, it was said, "It's crooked"...hence the name!
The 1700 sqaure foot cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a king bed, one has queen bed, and the bunkroom has two queen beds and two twin bunks.
The large front porch is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and watching as your loved ones enjoy the private pool on the property. There is a BBQ grill down by the pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off at the end of the day.
Amenities include internet, internet-based streaming TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. washer and dryer, dishwasher and a large driveway with plenty of parking for cars and a boat.
The kitchen is replete with a Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Situated in the heart of Port Aransas, the cabin is suitably located within walking distance of commerce and beach outings, being only 3/4 of a mile from the water.
