We are Liz and Jim. This is our place to Relax and Unwind in Aruba. Paul is our local Property Manager. Our main level 1 bedroom condo is close to Palm Beach (12 minute walk or 2 minute by car), nightlife, public transport, amazing beaches, casinos, malls, variety of restaurants & beach bars. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Common outdoor eating area with BBQs, mini mart across the road. Our unit is on ground level with the pool directly outside our door.

This 1 Bedroom Condo provides accommodation with for your convenience. This Condo features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental Condo has 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom to make you feel right at home.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for our first visit to Aruba. The location was fantastic- just minutes away from the action, but in a quiet residential area. Was also 5 mins from some wonderful beaches. The condo property is beautiful- there were people there every day maintaining the property and the owners and other renters were all very nice and welcoming. The condo itself had everything you needed plus some- we really enjoyed the provided chairs and cooler to take to the beach with us. The AC worked awesome, which is important in those temps! We did spend one day at the property pool and had a great time. Paul was the rental manager and his communication was great! Would definitely stay here again!
