This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is ready for your vacation! Walk into an open great room with gas fireplace, TV, dining area and well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher. The large country dining table is adjacent to the seating in the great room, and doubles as a space for kid's games or conversing over glasses of wine.
Walk down the main floor hallway to a guest bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath across the hall. Continue on to the large main bedroom with king bed, and attached en suite with whirlpool tub, dual sinks, and shower. Main floor laundry is conveniently located just off bedroom in a walk in closet and is available for guest use. The open staircase leads to a loft area overlooking great room, with a TV and fold-down futon. The bedroom just behind holds two queen beds, with adjacent full bathroom with jetted tub.
There are TVs in all sleeping areas, with deluxe cable channels. Free high speed fiberoptic WiFi is also provided, password available at check-in.
The house sleeps 8 in beds, 2 on a fold down futon in the living room, and 2 in a fold down futon in the loft.
The kitchen has been newly equipped, and has 2 full dish sets for 12 (one traditional, one melamine for kids or outdoor use), as well as toddler dishes and utensils. There is an abundant stock of drinking glasses, coffee mugs, and wine glasses, and plenty of flatware for everyone. For cooking, we provide a medium sized and a large skillet, a saute pan with lid, two sizes of sauce pans and a stock pot. Also in the kitchen are wine openers, a french press, vegetable peeler, pizza cutter, several sharp knives and a sharpener, kitchen shears, citrus juicer, ice cream scoop, rubber spatulas, serving spoons, car opener, tongs, flat spatulas, measuring spoons, measuring cups, kitchen timer, mixing bowls, a plastic pitcher, baking sheet, pizza pan, colander, serving plates, a serving bowl, and several Pyrex dishes for baking casseroles and sides, some with lids for storing leftovers. There is plastic tupperware for storing leftovers or taking snacks on day trips. Small appliances include a crock pot, blender, pizza pizzazz, toaster, and a traditional coffee pot.
The deck wraps the entire front of the house, which is nestled behind the 4th hole on Spring Brook's 9-hole course. There is a large gas grill for your use, with grilling utensils provided.
The home is easy to find, a few minutes away from the interstate turn off. It is a short drive to get groceries, and to local restaurants and water attractions in the Dells. If you don't feel like driving, the clubhouse and bar and grill are a short walk across the street. There is a volleyball net, green space, and a playground for younger children right across the street. You will be within minutes of all the Dells has to offer!
Guests may park in the driveway, which can hold up to 6 vehicles, at no additional charge. Property has convenient keyless entry, enabling guest check-in's at any time after 4 pm. Sorry, guest use of garage for vehicles is not available at this time.
