Situated on beautiful Grand Lake in Quebec’s Gatineau Hills, only 40 minutes from Ottawa, this fully self contained, architect designed cottage is the perfect four season getaway to truly relax an​d kick back. In winter, you are on the doorstep of the National Capital's premier cross country ski trail (Nakkertok) and 15 minutes from Edelweiss and Mont Cascades for downhill skiing. Start your day watching a magnificent sunrise over the morning mists of Grand Lake from our huge wrap around cedar deck where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors - just footsteps from the lake's edge. After breakfast, dive in to the lake for a refreshing early morning swim, suntan on the large dock, take a sauna to warm up as you contemplate your day, or relax in the eight person hot tub overlooking the lake. Grand Lake is one of the most sought after areas in the region for good reason. It is a large lake with clean water that connects to Dam Lake, an adjacent lake with water access. The cottage is located near the village of Perkins which has a grocery store, butcher, hardware store, pharmacy and restaurant/bar only 8 km away. It is close to local golf courses, horseback riding, Lafleche caves and an aerial park.
