Summary: I called them 6x times before the trip and left messages, no call back. A hour before arrival they called to confirm I was going to show up before 5pm, then hung up. There were no sheets on the bed, power didnt work in multiple outlets, like the ones for the TV. It was over $800 for 2 nights. After paying I get an email saying that they will not provide lines and towels, but hell you cant cover the beds or answer phone calls to confirm that the beds are empty? Not booking a place managed by reality world in the future.
