Summary: The entire process from reservations to check-in to check-out was very user friendly, even for an old crew like all of us. The one error was actually a positive. Upon arrival the door code was incorrect. I called the number listed and an actual person answered immediately and solved the issue immediately and we were in immediately!! We had zero issue the rest of the week. Kudos!!
