This spacious top floor condo in the heart of Gulf Shores has many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options within walking distance. The open kitchen has plenty of cookware, oven, range, microwave, and refrigerator so you'll be able to whip up your favorite meals. LVP flooring in the common areas is a nice touch as well as modern TVs in all the main floor rooms. All sleeping areas have carpet with both downstairs bedrooms containing queen beds and the bathrooms have LVP flooring with tubs and tile surrounds so a long soak is always an option. The upstairs loft is the perfect place for the kids to claim as their space where the bedding contains a full over full bunk and twin bed. In the living area you'll find a large sofa and recliner an the East facing balcony is perfect for those who enjoy late afternoon shade and Gulf breeze.
The property also features outdoor showers and grills so you can spend the whole day enjoying the salt air! WiFi is provided in the unit in addition to your own personal washer & dryer, so don't forget to throw those wet towels in at the end of the day so you will be ready to hit the beach again!

2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
