Rent this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single story home located in West Stonebridge on Highway 27 in Davenport Florida. Close to Highway 27, West Stonebridge is a quiet and peaceful community and is located just minutes from the world’s greatest theme parks, attractions, shopping and restaurants. With easy access to I-4, that will carry you to downtown Orlando, Kennedy Space Centre or to the West Coast of Florida.
This bright and airy home offers space and tranquillity with its own South facing private pool. This is a home from home with all the amenities you could want/need. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The modern decorated living space offers comfortable seating and a space where all the family can relax and hang out. There is direct access to the pool and deck. The deck benefits from an oversized lanai, with no rear facing neighbours. The open plan space gives access to all areas.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There is a breakfast nook just off the kitchen with a more formal dining space just off the living space.
Outside you have your own private South facing pool. You can relax in and around the pool. Plenty of seating and loungers are provided. There is an oversized lanai and a space for al fresco dining. With no rear facing neighbours your space is private.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master King sized bedroom with ensuite (separate bath & shower); there is access to the lanai from this bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bedroom with an ensuite
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with a Frozen princess theme
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds with a more masculine feel
All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage & TV’s. All bed linen and towels are provided.
In addition to the two ensuites, there is a further family bathroom.
With the addition of a games room, complete with a pool table, air hockey and Foosball this villa offers something for everyone.
