Positive: Bikes, hot tub..
Negative: Missing kitchen essentials: can opener, coffee filters !! paper towels, a good sponge and soap. Parchment paper or aluminum foil. A couple of the bikes had flats and so were the pillows in the upstairs bedroom.
Summary: Great trip. Would stay here again but would need to pack plenty more things
