JUST LISTED FOR RENT! Unique summer cabin featuring redwood finish throughout and updated this summer with a completely new bathroom and many other updates including new appliances, 12' x 16' dock, instant hot water and large deck overlooking Megunticook Lake with deep water access. JUST finished and ready to rent! This is the first time in many decades this property has been made available to rent. It sits on top of a ledge and overlooks the lake with immediate lake access from the deck. Property sleeps 6. Two bedrooms- one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. In living room is a queen pull-out couch. All beds have new bedding and foam toppers. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a 2 burner gas grill on the deck and a wood stove in cabin. There is a Rinnai heater in the living area and an electric baseboard in bathroom for cooler seasons. As is very common, the property uses water from the lake and is not for drinking. A small amount of bottle water is supplied. Our lake water is very wonderful and there is nothing better than washing your hair with lake water! The property has three kayaks, one canoe, one paddleboard and a number of inflatable toys. At this point, these are available to be used at your own risk. We hope that you will treat them with respect as they are our family's favorite boats. Larger boat rentals are available from Port Harbor Marine in Rockport, Maine.
