If you can't get to where you want to go by foot or with the bicycles provided, then we highly recommend Uber or renting a car. Remember - you'll always have parking in the spacious 2 car garage!

Enjoyed our stay, the townhouse is a very short walk to the beach, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were 3 beach cruisers available along with 4 boogie boards, It's nice to have a two car garage for parking. We would stay here again.

We loved this home. It was plenty of room for our group of 9. A little tight in the garage with 2 SUVs but we made it work and it was great having off street parking. Loved being able to go for bike rides and walk to a lot of attractions. Getting around the city from this location was so easy from this location. We're glad w found this house, we will miss it.

Great house. Was on vacation with 9 family members and 2 dogs was enough room for everyone. House was very close to beach and bay also local shops. Centrally located for everything you would like to do in San Diego. Also very close to the airport. Good house and great location. Difficult to find the place at night because numbering is messed up. You cannot reach the hosts after hours (when we reached) because it's an office not a private party.

This house is a lot closer to the beach than the picture makes it seem. Less than a 5-minute walk. All appliances are state of the art and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Plenty of space in the two-car garage with extra beach goodies that we were able to use. Cannot wait to make another trip there!

Great house! We had 9 guys on the trip for a bachelor party. The house was very comfortable and the host was very accommodating. The location is an easy cab ride to PB or Gaslamp. The location near the beach made it easy for us to walk around. Had a great time time. Would def. recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Celebrity was incredibly accommodating on check-in and check-out due to our flight schedules. We really appreciated that. The location was amazing and close enough to the heart of Pacific Beach without the noise of the street. The beds were very comfortable and the space was great for all of us to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there were plenty of towels. The garage made things convenient for a place to stow the car without paying hotel parking fees and the automatic locks made us feel safe and secure. We look forward to staying here again!

This house was phenomenal -- about 200 yards from the water. Close walking distance to restaurants, coffee, social scene, beach rental shops, the MB roller coaster -- everything you could want. Grocery stores are less than a mile away. It's a perfect location for Uber rides too. The house exceeded our expectations. We comfortably fit 10 people in. Nice patios, good kitchen. We all liked everything about it. Matthew and his crew were fantastic from the reservation process all the way through to the end of our stay. If I come back to San Diego with a big group again, I'm staying in this house.

This was one of our favorite vacations in our 26 years as a family. The home was better than described with many extras that were not advertised. We loved the a/c and the auto shades. The feel of the home was very comfortable and perfect for a beach location. The host was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful and friendly. The Belmont Beach House was well worth the value and our family has found a new favorite place to stay! There is plenty to do nearby and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The people in the area were also very friendly, which made it an enjoyable vacation.

A group of 8 of us stayed at Mark's place this last weekend for a bachelorette party. We had the BEST time in his beautiful home. The beach decor is beautiful, the kitchen is fully accessible, and we loved spending time outside on the two decks. It was nice having AC since it was really warm the weekend we were there. Steps from the beach!! Great and easy communication with Mark and his team. Definitely recommend!!

What a beautiful home. The photos do not do it justice. The two patios allow privacy for larger groups. The kitchen has all sorts of useful counter space for cooking at home. We didn't go out for breakfast once! It was so nice to have the bikes so we only needed to rent two others on or beach city exploration day. I loved how close we were to the sand. Only two blocks! The landlords are quick to respond to any question you might have. I'd highly recommend staying here. I myself would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My girlfriends and I had the best time at the Jersey Beach House! The house is so close to the water and absolutely stunning. Even better than pictures. Such a perfect spot for a getaway. The house was easy to access and everything went smoothly. The only hiccup was that we had a package sent and were not able to access the mailbox until the end of the weekend when it was too late. Other than that, we loved our experience and would highly recommend!
