The house sits on 1 acre of land with lots of fruit trees, a kids playground, outdoor BBQ area, chef kitchen, pool, spa and plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. There is even enough space for a family game of soccer before heading down to La Jolla Shores beach located just 2.8 miles down the road. This home has an open floor plan. soaring beamed ceilings, and large glass doors and windows that bring in tons of natural light. All four bedrooms have their own private bathrooms making this a great house for multiple family`s to enjoy while still having their own space.
The chef's kitchen includes 2 dishwashers, Viking gas range, 2 ovens, built in refrigerator/freezer, a huge island and a breakfast bar! If you don't really want to be inside, take advantage of the outdoor grill while lounging by the pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to spread out and relax on.
