This newer island home is situated on Little Gasparilla Island which is one island north of Boca Grande. Little Gasparilla Island is a "boat access only" barrier island, 10 minutes from the mainland with no high-rise or commercial development. This home is perfect for two couples or a family. Each couple has their own master suite, with lots of privacy, their own bathroom and access to the sundeck for sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico! Your rental of one month or more includes free use of the golf cart to explore the island and easily "commute" to the beach. This double master suite home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open floor plan with a wrap around balcony. Each bedroom upstairs features a king size bed, its own flatscreen TV and a private bathroom. Downstairs, a third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. A third full bath is located on the main floor. The downstairs enclosed deck area has a high top bar table and stools, party lights and even a TV for watching March Madness! The home boasts all first class finishes and features travertine floors, upgraded granite throughout, luxury wood custom cabinetry, high end fixtures/ceiling fans and views from the spacious top sundeck of island sunsets and the Gulf of Mexico. This island retreat includes a deep water dock with power and water. It features a large screened in patio, downstairs outdoor shower, golf cart garage with ample storage and a fish cleaning station This unique island community property includes a ‘gulf to bay’ access for renters with private beach access spanning the entire width of the island. This exclusive island with white sandy beaches is never crowded and is known for its flats fishing for redfish, snook & trout. This home is located perfectly for outdoor enthusiasts with Don Pedro Island State Park steps away to the north and world famous Boca Grande tarpon fishing directly to the south. This home also provides use of the gas golf cart for rentals of one month or more. Please note that the golf cart may only be used by adults aged 21 years or older. LGI rentals is not responsible for obtaining an alternate cart should the cart require maintenance prior to/during your stay and is unavailable. There is also a fire pit which is perfect for roasting hot dogs or making s'mores! The dock is shared with others in the community, so only one boat per home is allowed. WiFi - available via jetpack. Speeds adequate for web-browsing, emails, social media, but probably not games or streaming. Wi-fi on the island is subject to weather variations. Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee (per pet) Small dogs only. PLEASE NOTE: We do require that two members of each group must be over 25 years of age. We apologize, but we can NOT rent to college groups as a courtesy to the homeowners and our island neighbors.
