LIVING ROOM
The living room features a 43" smart TV that is Internet-enabled with a premium cable package and Roku TV. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie while the big horn sheep slowly roam by the windows!

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 5 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Smoking is only allowed outside of the complex parking lot. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although non-shedding pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
